Shop ’til you drop at Beaulieu autojumbles

MotorMart and International Autojumble: two great reasons to head down to Beaulieu.

Crowds at the Beaulieu International Autojumble

Beaulieu's two autojumbles always draw thousands of enthusiasts.

Whether you’re after an obscure spare part or a complete car, Beaulieu offers you two chances every year to track it down.

Every spring, there’s the MotorMart Autojumble. Due to be held on 14-15 May, the 2011 event will be the MotorMart’s 18th year. You can buy and sell all sorts of spares, automobilia and tools, from more than 1000 stands.

In the MotorMart Arena, up to 200 classics are on sale, and each year one particular model takes a starring role. Recent years have seen huge club turnouts in support of cars such as the Ford Anglia and Triumph Stag.

September sees the famous International Autojumble take over the Beaulieu site. There are more than 2000 stands over 30 acres, selling a massive range of parts. Like May’s MotorMart, there are also plenty of ready-to-go cars for sale if you’re not in the midst of a restoration project. The 2010 International Autojumble will be held on 11-12 September.

The National Motor Museum at Beaulieu

Entry to the autojumbles also includes the National Motor Museum and other Beaulieu attractions.

Both events also include admission to the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Beaulieu Abbey and World of Top Gear, so there’s no excuse not to bring the whole family. And on both Sundays, there’s the Old Sodbury Land-Rover Sortout for fans of the enduring 4×4, and the Trunk Traders event if you want to empty your garage of unwanted spares by selling them from the back of your car.
